State certified by the Swedish Ministry of Education (Skolverket), with university degrees from Syria and Sweden in English Language and Education.
An experienced education coordinator, consultant and advisor. The focus is inclusive education, the early identification of learning difficulties, school development and teacher training. Deep hands on knowledge of the Swedish, Saudi, Emirati and Syrian curricula, with a teacher's instinct for bringing them together.
The work is quiet, careful and almost always for the long term. It is the work of building schools and learners that last.

A Working Belief
Education is not a system to manage. It is a relationship we build with every child, and with every school that holds them.
For more than fifteen years I have helped school leaders build steady, lasting improvement. I work side by side with students, teachers and families to build classrooms that are kind, fair and strong under pressure.
My work sits between global best practice and local life. Every classroom, every child and every culture asks something different of the adults in the room. The plan must fit the place.
