Academy Development
Full advisory for founders and operators of new academies. We help with the teaching idea, the curriculum design, the governance, and the first three years of careful operation.
Services
Eight service areas, each guided by one idea: education must fit the learner, and the school that holds the learner.
Who I Work With
Heads of school, principals, board members and academy founders who want to build schools that last longer than one leadership team.
Working teachers and teaching assistants who want stronger craft, clearer classroom strategy and more confidence across cultures.
Parents thinking about learning difficulties, complex needs, or how to manage multi curriculum education for their children.
Founders and operators of new schools and academies. We start with the teaching idea, then build the curriculum.

Early identification, clear assessment and strong support for students whose needs are not seen by standard tests.
Long term advisory for leadership teams on steady improvement. We work on teaching, structure and culture so that change holds in place.

Translating and joining the Swedish, Saudi, Emirati and Syrian curricula. Useful for international schools and for families using more than one system.
Private, one to one guidance for parents. We assess needs, help with school choice, plan the learning, and support the difficult conversations along the way.
Focused support for adults returning to study. Language learning, reading and writing skills, and the confidence to start again.
Pedagogical Learning
Najlaa Academy gives private tuition for students in grades 1 to 9 in English, Swedish, Arabic and Mathematics. We also offer dedicated adult literacy support. Every lesson is shaped around the student, with clear and kind feedback at every step.
Whether the challenge is reading, writing, listening, speaking, concentration, emotional barriers, disability, or coming back to study as an adult, the focus stays the same. We find the potential, and we help it grow at the right pace.
A trusted choice for families who want education that is both strong and humane.
